Bass Odyssey returns to Origin for an exclusive showcase of art and creativity, celebrating the release of their highly anticipated project, Illusions on Deep In Your Soul. 

Marking ten years since they first began producing music, this release captures the evolution of their sound: a fusion of afro tech, melodic house, and raw emotion, painted with the colours of life experience. The EP features collaborations with South African born and bred talents spread across the world including Apple Gule, Marcus Rush, The Big Samba, Household Funk & Jadie Fox as the visual art creator, making it a true showcase of South African creativity.

The launch event will transform the Engine Room dancefloor into a journey through deep, driving rhythms and uplifting melodies, brought to life by carefully curated artists culminating in an exclusive first experience of the latest works by Bass Odyssey and featuring a live performance with The Big Samba from the EP. 

Step into the world of Illusions for an immersive night of cutting-edge and forward thinking music, rooted in Durban’s underground but resonating far beyond.
